Dear Commenter:

We are writing to advise you on our ongoing work and plans for the next meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. We appreciate the time that you have taken to engage with us.

We would like to clarify for your information that the Commission is not investigating or reviewing any concerns or complaints concerning claims about targeted individuals. This includes claims concerning: MK-ULTRA; COINTELPRO; electromagnetic torture or attacks; organized stalking; remove influencing; microwave harassment; covert harassment and surveillance; human tracking; psychotronic or psychotropic weapons and radio frequency or military weapons or other claims.

As such the Commission will not hear further testimony on these subjects. Many of these issues have been investigated in the past. The Commission is not a law enforcement, regulatory or legislative body. It does not control any federal monies. In addition, the Commission has no involvement with the public or private grants and has no power to open or undertake criminal cases.

As advisors to the President, we will ensure that all of your concerns, information and testimony are provided to the White House. We sincerely appreciate your interest in the work of the Commission and the time you have taken to share your personal history with us.

We can’t submit COINTELPRO statements as things now stand. Without COINTELPRO, we have no way to prove government responsibility for the experiments. The cover-up assumption of the cover-up Commission is that electronic experiments are not being done by government unless we can give them registration information. If the experiments were being done by government, they would have to be registered because this is required by Fed. Regs.

The associated COINTELPRO operations prove government responsibility, but we are now barred from submitting this evidence. So evidence of only involuntary experiments without COINTELPRO evidence gets us nowhere, and the COINTELPRO evidence is rejected along with any evidence of experiments that includes COINTELPRO evidence.

The only thing that I can try to do now is to argue with them about admissibility of evidence instead of arguing to them about what the evidence proves. But if I try to do this in a letter to the Commission, they will reject it up front without letting the Committee see it as soon as they see “COINTELPRO” in it.

So I am blocked from arguing my case in a letter and blocked from arguing admissibility of evidence in writing at the front end of the Commission and blocked from communicating through anyone who may speak at the meeting. The government criminals have some good legal strategists working against us. They have succeeded in totally blocking us as things now stand.

The only remaining tactic is to try to go around the front end of the Commission and reach the members directly in their own offices. I need the list of their normal offices with fax and email and if possible a TI in their location who would attempt to deliver a letter directly to each of them.

Please give this top priority now. There is nothing else left for us to try.
I will work on a letter to be delivered to Commission members if you can find a way to reach them.
